More retreat than workshop, this session will follow the elements of a retreat, providing a calming setting to relax and unwind. Life is wonderful, but also hectic and stressful, often leaving us feeling depleted and ungrounded. Our practice is our sanctuary from the responsibilities and deadlines piled upon us and gives us the space to reboot.

This workshop will include gentle yoga, restorative postures, breath work and crystal bowl sound healing to nourish mind, body and spirit. This combination of modalities is intended to restore nervous system health, re-establish balance and renew our spirit.

Take time to slow down, relax deeply and leave feeling replenished and recharged.

About Tawny

Tawny is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher, sound therapist and wellbeing coach. She has a particular interest in the therapeutic aspects of yoga and meditation in reducing stress and anxiety. With over a decade of teaching experience and 500+ hours of yoga and meditation training, Tawny’s approach is warm, supportive, and inclusive, meeting students where they are in their journey of self-exploration. She invites you to let go of self-judgement and delve into the nature of embodied awareness with curiosity and compassion. Tawny teaches FLOW, Yin & Sound and 7Breaths Signature at 7Breaths.

ELEVATE YOUR WATER: Science, Movement & Sound

We are proud to introduce this Sunday workshop in which science merges seamlessly with healing movement & sound vibrations, offering you a transformative experience.

Embark on a Holistic Wellness Journey with Structured Water, Movement, and Sound led by Claudia, Elisa and Selma.

Water isn’t merely a thirst quencher—it’s the essential element that binds our mind, body, and spirit, serving as a crucial conduit for their interconnectedness. Water not only influences our physical well-being but also plays a pivotal role in shaping our beliefs and consciousness.


In Part 1 we will uncover the profound connection between water and well-being, unlocking the secrets of its dynamic nature (structured vs unstructured, the 4th phase of water) within the human biological system.


In Part 2 we focus on revitalising our stagnated inner water element through flowing, water-inspired movements and conscious breathwork.

In a metaphysical sense, the water element is associated with the sacral chakra governing our emotions, creativity and zest for life.

By releasing blockages around this energy center, we will restore the flow of emotions and nurture the yin abilities of acceptance, allowance and receptivity- for a renewed passion for life.


In Part 3, experience deep relaxation through the healing vibrations of a gong. Bathe in soothing waves of sound as subtle vibrations impact the water within your cells, restoring harmony and optimal resonance.


The workshop concludes with Part 4, offering insights into how to nourish your body on a cellular level and share practical knowledge to sustain the harmonious balance achieved throughout this transformative journey.



Claudia is deeply immersed in the world of Sustainable Investing and is currently pursuing her PhD focused on water studies. With a passion for highlighting the crucial importance of water, she spearheads initiatives like “Water Secure Person” and the “Water Appreciation Society.” Join Claudia in embracing water as the catalyst for a healthier, more sustainable future.



Elisa is a dedicated yoga and meditation instructor with a passion for curating wellness experiences. Through collaborations with experts in the field, she crafts unique events and workshops tailored for her private yoga students.



Selma, a former corporate communication manager, recognized the widespread impact of stress and anxiety on people’s lives. She now dedicates herself to sharing the therapeutic benefits of gong baths. Through GONG, her mission is to alleviate modern burdens, promote mental and physical wellness, and foster balance in individuals’ lives.

Welcome to The Nervous System Reset – a nurturing mini-retreat designed to offer you a sanctuary for healing within the darker, colder winter months. Within this carefully curated experience, embark on a journey of repair and restoration as we consciously arrive together in the new year of 2024.

This retreat is a harmonious blend of therapeutic practices aimed at repairing the intricate and intelligent tapestry of your nervous system. You will be enveloped in a cocoon of calm, a moment away from the demands of daily life, dedicating the afternoon to profound rejuvenation.

The Journey:

Upon your arrival, we extend a warm welcome with a herbal tea infusion, creating a shared landing point for the day. You will then be taken through an educational workshop on the nervous system, exploring its profound impact on our physical, emotional, and hormonal well-being. Transitioning into a gentle Yin Yoga practice featuring prolonged postures, you’ll experience the gradual release of tension within the physical body. Following this, a guided session of gentle and restorative yogic breathwork will further relax you before immersing you in the therapeutic sounds of the gong and Tibetan bowls. As the day concludes, we’ll nurture your body with a wholesome bite to eat.

The Practitioner:

Jasmine has worked in the world of wellness for 10 years. As a qualified therapeutic yoga teacher, sound therapist, and breathwork coach, her approach combines these modalities to celebrate the human body. Using movement to shift through the physical tension and discomfort in the tissues, breathwork to shed the emotional patterns stored in the subconscious, and sound therapy to harmonize the nervous system. Her commitment is to bring you back into connection with yourself and remind you of your own infinite healing potential.

The Space:

Our nurturing environment at 7Breaths Meditation Studio is a two minute walk from Tottenham Court Road Station and a retreat in itself for your senses. You’ll be immersed in the warmth of community, adorned with blankets, neutral tones, and soft lighting, fostering an ambiance of comfort and tranquility.
