Terms and Conditions

  1. ACCEPTANCE

You acknowledge and agree that by using or accessing our studio, this means that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. In the instance where you do not agree to these terms, you have no right to access or use our studio.

  1. BOOKINGS

Payment can be done via our secure payment system online or at the studio ahead of time. We accept most major credit cards. The studio is cashless and all payments will be taken by card online or at the studio. If a class is being booked online, you are asked to book this at least 30 minutes in advance. For in studio purchases, you are asked to come at least 10 minutes in advance to pay for your class.

2.1 INTRODUCTORY OFFERS

Introductory offers apply for new customers only and can be used once per person and cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers or with a third party provider.

2.2 CLASSES

Classes can be booked in advance online or at the studio on a drop in basis. You can also purchase class packs and monthly/annual memberships. We encourage you to book online and in advance where possible. Each person in class must have their own individual account to book a class. Class packs have an expiration date of 2 months and are non-refundable.

You are asked to come to your class at least 10 minutes before any class, workshop or event. We require that you sign in at the self checkin iPad at least 5 minutes before the start of the class. Classes start promptly and doors will be locked just before the class starts. We will not be able to accommodate latecomers and this will be treated as a late cancellation.

Attendance is claimed when you check in at reception. If and when there are alternative check in methods in place, you will be notified by our staff.

If you are under the age of 18, you must have written consent from a parent or guardian before attending the class or event.

Purchases of classes, class packs, workshops and events are non-refundable and non-transferable. You are not allowed to transfer any purchases to another person or allow them to use your purchase. Transfer or disposal of purchases are made at the sole discretion of 7Breaths and may only be permitted under special circumstances.

We reserve the right to increase our pricing structure and packages at any time.

For health and safety reasons, we ask that you self check in on the iPad at reception at least 5 minutes before the class starts. If you arrive late we reserve the right to open the slot to drop ins and the class will be subject to a late cancellation fee. For a workshop or event, we may allow entry at our discretion subject to the timings and type of event so as not to disturb clients or audience.

Our staff and teachers have the right to refuse any entry and can ask you to leave the studio if they feel that theirs, yours or another safety or enjoyment is endangered.

Teachers are subject to change without notice. We will endeavour to notify changes in advance, where possible.

2.3 WORKSHOPS

All workshops can be booked in online or at the studio.

Cancellations can be made 72 hours in advance before the start of the workshop. Cancellations will not be possible after this. It may be possible to transfer your place to someone else, please email us at info@7breathsmeditation.com  If the workshop is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, we will refund you the full amount.

2.4 PRIVATE, SEMI-PRIVATE & CORPORATE CLASSES & EVENTS

For private, semi-private classes & events, please email us on info@7breathsmeditation.com

Private and semi-private classes will need to be booked at least 2 days in advance, subject to availability.

  1. CANCELLATIONS

We operate a 2 hour cancellation policy for group class bookings and 72 hours cancellation policy for workshops and private classes. If you have booked online and cannot make the class, please cancel this online (more than 2 hours before the class starts) to enable others to attend the class. Class credit will be added to your MindBody account for cancellations that are made more than 2 hours in advance.

Late cancellations within 2 hours will incur a £10 fee for unlimited monthly members. Late cancellations and no shows for drop ins and those that have purchased single classes will be charged at the full cost. Where a 7 class pack has been purchased, the class session will be automatically deducted from the class pack.

If you had issues signing in to the iPad at reception, please speak to the teacher or email info@7breathsmeditation.com as soon as you can.

The rights of cancellation, refund and any other limitation expressed in this document does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds in relation to products or services can only be credited to your debit or credit card that was originally used to make the purchase. We operate as a cash less business.

  1. MEMBERSHIPS

Monthly and annual memberships can be purchased online or at the studio. The monthly membership is for a minimum period of 6 months. A cancellation fee of 80 pounds will be applied if the contract is cancelled before the 6 month expiry. After the initial 6 months, the contract will continue on a monthly basis. One months notice must be given in writing to cancel the membership after the initial 6 month agreement.

All prepaid class packs and memberships will expire within the validity period stated at the time of purchase even they have not been used.

Monthly and annual memberships can be put on hold for a 2 week holiday period in one year if specifically requested by email to info@7breathsmeditation.com at least one week before the start of the holiday period.

  1. HEALTH

It is your responsibility to seek medical advice and approval concerning any health conditions before participating in any activity at 7Breaths. We have the right to refuse any clients attending a class or workshop if we feel that their class or workshop attendance will negatively affect them.

Any physical or mental conditions must be fully disclosed to the teacher and a liability waiver should be completed where appropriate, confirming that you have sought medical advice.

  1. CONDUCT & ETIQUETTE

No shoes are to be worn in the studio. All shoes should be removed on entering the studio and stored in the shoe compartments. Socks must be worn where guests have skin conditions on their feet.

No food is to be consumed in the studio including changing rooms and reception area unless it is a specific workshop or event that offers food.

All mobile phone devices should be switched off or on silent in the studio.If you have an emergency, please speak to the teacher. In exceptional circumstances where calls need to be taken, please quietly go to the changing rooms at the back so as not to disrupt the experience for others at the studio.

We do not tolerate any loud, rude or abusive language at 7Breaths. Anyone acting in this manner will be asked to leave the studio.

You are expected to arrive before a class in good time, store your belongings and settle in before the class begins.

Where mats are used, attendees will be required to clean them at the end of the class with the paper towels and sprays provided. Meditation cushions and props will need to be returned to the designated storage areas.

  1. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Small personal items can be stored and locked in the storage cubicles situated by the shoe compartments. All personal possessions are stored at your own risk. You will need to remove all your possessions when the class session ends. Any personal items that are left at the studio will be removed and stored by 7Breaths for one month. Any unclaimed items after this date will be donated to a charity of our choice.

  1. LIABILITY LIMITATION

7Breaths will not accept liability for any damage or loss to the personal property of any attendees or guests in the premise.

All classes and activities are taken at your own risk. Neither the company nor the teachers shall be liable for personal injury sustained by attendees on the premises. Attendees who suffer an accident or injury on the premises must report the incident and circumstances to the teacher or staff on site immediately following the incident.

  1. PRIVACY POLICY

At 7Breaths, we take your privacy very seriously and take all reasonable steps to protect your privacy. All information will be kept secure and confidential by all our staff including all teachers and assistants who have access to this information. They have agreed to keep all information secure and confidential. 7Breaths do not however take responsibility for their actions.  You can opt out of any email and newsletter subscriptions at anytime.

7Breaths website may use cookie and tracking technology depending on circumstances. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology and aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties. By using the 7Breaths website you accept the security implications of going online and 7Breaths will not be held responsible for any breach in security unless such breach has been caused by the negligence of 7Breaths.

By using the 7Breaths site, you acknowledge and agree that internet transmissions are not always completely private or secure. You agree to use our site with these terms of conditions, only for lawful purposes in a way that you do not restrict or inhibit anyone’s use of the site.
