An accomplished Tai Chi master with 36 years of experience, Huang Ping hails from Yunnan in the southwest of China. In her early years she represented China as a professional martial artist. She specialises in Tai Chi, Qigong and Baguazhang and imparts her deep seated knowledge of moving meditation practises with humour and clarity to help you develop mental and physical strength. Ping teaches Tai Chi and Qigong at 7Breaths.
A professional performer and dance teacher, Philippa skilfully weaves her dance background with her years of training and experience in meditation and yoga. Hannah directs a wellness retreat company where relaxation and mindfulness are at the heart of the experiences.
